Sam, Logan, Tristan, and Andrew moved our furniture and contents back into our home. They were courteous, careful, placed the furniture and boxes where we wanted them and did a great job. They are exemplary employees. Servpro of Henry County is an excellent resource for anyone needing help with water and fire damage. I highly recommend this business. If I could give 10 stars I would. Alicia and her crew did an AMAZING job on my parents home. The type of leadership that Servpro demands was reflected in their work. I walked into my childhood home and cried happy tears. If you ever need any work done, I HIGHLY recommend Servpro. I can never repay what Alicia and her crew gave back to our family. Simply above and beyond. Servpro has a winning team. Alicia is respectful, compassionate, takes personal ownership, her crew are top notch and thats why Servpro will be successful years to come. Update: Well,well well. Just when you thought you had received excellent service from Servpro, they send another crew(4/3) that continued their reputation. Jeff and his crew, Andrew and Dusty were outstanding. The care they took in moving items to pod and understanding the value of the our familys memories was heartwarming. Items were handled with care and Jeff gave clear and direct instructions. Servpro should be VERY proud of their employees and know that these guys dont see this as just a job, its helping people in need that are going thru MUCH MORE than a fire or flood.
