After 3 months of service, there was no improvement in my lawn whatsoever. The owner advised that I should allow a year of service before expecting to see less weeds. Owner advised that if I expected more, I should seek out another company. So I did. Horrible customer service! Service: Weed control

My ring camera caught one of the technicians arriving at my property, placing the bill on the door then leaving without servicing my lawn; all within 5 mins. When i saw he arrived i went live to view how detailed he serviced the lawn, only to see him leave without doing anything.
When I called to report my findings they told me the mgr or owner would call me back. He never did!. I called multiple times receiving promises or a call back or some resolution but never did.
This was after paying for services and having my lawn look like an abandoned lot in the back. After complaining about the condition of my lawn they couldn't explain why it was in that condition after regular. With special attention I was happy with their promises of improvement. Now this!!
Seeing the technician leave after arriving explains why my head was not looking treated!
Lesson: If you hold this company accountable for the services you are paying for then unlike other professional companies they will not provide great customer service they will simply hide them drop your services!!!
