He delivered EXACTLY what we needed! Even in the midst of Covid, Atty Smith managed to execute what we needed which was a name change for my grandson. With things having changed a great deal over the years, I was told this could be a tedious, long and drawn out process. Bearing this in mind, I called quite a few firms, but the second I spoke with Jason, I made a decision to work with him. With consent, he was more than happy to speak with me on behalf of my son and my grandson's mother. When we went into the office he was very laid back, cool, calm, collected, but most of all he was professional. He patiently walked mommy and daddy through the necessary steps of completing the paperwork and he took it from there. Admittedly, there were a few times when I called and could not get him on the line but after I left a message, he called back, apologized for any miscommunications and assured me things were underway. Again, we needed Atty Smith in the wake of a pandemic and he delivered. I gladly suggest the services of Southern Piedmont Law, the fees were reasonable and our Family Law needs were met. This guy is s total clown who spends most of his time over charging, and then sueing his own customers. He gets zero respect at the court house. You will get there first, and be the last case on the docket. Do not recommend.

I paid Mr, Smith the full amount for an uncontested divorce with no children involved on 1/22/19. The complaint wasn’t filed until 3/20/19, and the divorce wasn’t granted until 10/25/19.
