My husband and I went to this planet smoothie for the first time and received the worst customer service from Chelsea.. she was standing at the register on her phone when we walked in, she did not greet or speak to us, just simply asked what can I get for you? After she finished with the order she rang us up and that was it..She Didnt say thank you for coming in, have great day, Bye etc just stood there and looked at us.. As we were leaving, there was a lady and her daughter coming in, she didnt greet them either so at least shes consistent with the horrible customer service This will be our first and last time going to this planet smoothie. Our total was only $15 but I refuse to spend my hard earn money and your workers cant even simply say Hello to the customers

I went there to get a smoothie for my son who had just had tonsil surgery. I walked in and the music was so loud i couldn't even hear the employee. I like all types of music, but this was rap music with explicitives every other word and it created a very unprofessional environment to say the least. The 2 gentlemen working there were acting more like they were at a party. When i approached the one that was there to make the smoothies, he acted like i was an inconvenience that was interrupting his social time. I left and went to one life fitness, where I'm not even a member. But they were more than happy to assist me with a smoothie and provided great service with a much cheaper price.

I go in politely ask for my smoothie and just leave, but each time one of the employees is in a bad mood or does something quite petty so i wont be giving them my business again.
