AMLI at River Park

The property amenities and resident considerations are constant declining. First we were forced to pay for valet trash service. Next we lost use of the clubhouse. Then the night deposit drop was removed. Has anyone considered how residents who routinely work past 6 can ever pay their rent on time? If someone has an answer that doesn't involve me taking a day off from work every month for this purpose, please respond. The place is unbearably inconsiderate of residents.

It's an average apartment. Nothing spectacular. I haven't had much need of maintenance, but maintenance is weak. Garbage area is atrocious. Currently, there is construction going on all around the apartment and it can be annoying. The staff is mostly helpful. All I can really say is it's average, not spectacular and not the worst.

I was so excited to live in this AMLI apartment complex, and then it was sold to another private owner and they are SO SLOW in fixing anything and they treat their residents like they just could care less. I am still waiting for them to fix a dangerous stair that fell apart over a week ago. Hopefully they can get their act together- but it doesn't look like it. I will update if it gets better. I am very sad that its not the place it was when I moved in
