I was scheduled for and appointment for 2pm-6pm on a week day. I work a full time job, that being said the time that was scheduled did not work for me. I was told that they would make a note indicating that 6pm would be the better time. I was also instructed by a second person from the company that it should not be a issue. However, when the technician called stating his time of arrival I called the office as instructed and the lady answered the phone screaming and saying that's not what they do. Soooooo unprofessional.

I would give a zero rating,if there was one. These people were sent by Samsung to repair my Samsung refrigerator. They put in $180 part as Best as I can remember.. The total cost for what they did was around $3-$400 including a $95 service charge I had to pay upfront. Replacement of that part for the second or third time over the last 10 years did not fix the refrigerator. This is a known problem with this particular refrigerator and it is listed all over YouTube with the back of the refrigerator freezing And causing ice to accumulate inside and all down in the drawer and drip water out the icemaker and into the. Drawer. They should be well aware of it , as many of them as I know they need to fix from the reviews I’ve read on this model. Anyway ,I have called them multiple times for a refund of my money since my refrigerator is not fixed and my part did not need replacing. I have asked to speak to a supervisor repeatedly and they never called me back. Today I have tried all day long to call them. It is 3:30 PM and now they are blocking my call after telling me each time I called that the supervisor was out and would return my call and They never did. I have told him I want my $ back for that part and they can come and get it. They told me Samsung did not have the part I needed in the warehouse and that I needed to go to a distributor or somewhere and find it and I asked them if they were crazy. If Samsung didn’t have the part how did they think anybody else was gonna have it ,which is also what Samsung said when I called them. I’m about to call the Better Business Bureau on these people for frauding me out of my money!

This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Extremely unprofessional, constantly and consistently will hang up on you while trying to solve an issue. Will not make notes in your account regarding previous conversations or promises. Will “transfer†you to manager just for it to either keep ringing or be a disconnected line. Samsung should be ashamed to work with this company. Service: Washer/dryer repair

As I know businesses thrive on reviews, typically refrain from writing poor reviews. Even when I’ve experienced the worst? However, Cyber World has to be the WORST company I’ve had dealings with! If I were Samsung, I’d be hunting a different tech provider because Cyber World makes their product look bad. I’ve had my appointment setup for over a week. Today, October 18, I was told to block a timeframe of 10a-2p. Being the good customer I did just that. Mind you that I had to change shifts to get this time off. I have waited ALL MORNING on a tech to show up. It’s now 2:27p and still no tech. Called Customer Service and was told that the tech would contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 2:00p still no tech, called Customer Service AGAIN, and was told they may need to reschedule due to having to order a part. I asked: How do you know what part when no one has showed to check my television? Deborah then recanted her statement, supposedly sent the manager a text with my concerns. Still no call from the tech, no call from a manager, no tech showing at my home and I’m still waiting! This HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER! Avoid if possible!
