The Landings at Norcross

My brother is a resident at The Landings at Norcross. The staff are very attentive to his needs. The director, Sharon does a wonderful job. You can tell she truly loves each of the residents, as if they were a part of her family. Which, I suppose they are. She always keeps our family informed about everything that involves our brother. The entire staff are very kind and caring. I highly recommend The Landings at Norcross.

Like most employers they say all good things about their business. Only 2 people are good there to care for the clients. Night shift neglects clients && are soaked by morning. Sharon (whom is the manager I guess) allows disrespect from clients to employees. She only care for the clients as their family walks through the door. She cannot be trusted to help her employees due to her personal actions of not properly running an ASSISTED CARE facility. 98% clients are are total care and its impossible for to care for others. They cannot keep anyone because they do not care for the clients properly. The landing at norcross needs to be shut down or ran by new management. Keep your loved somewhere else

My mother has been at this facility for a little over a year and has lived on both the assisted living and memory care sides. I have had positive experiences with the staff at the Landings since shes been here. Ive seen changes in staff in the time that my mom has been here, but I know staff turnover has been high during the pandemic. There are still familiar faces I know on trust on staff and that brings me comfort. The staff are always helpful, friendly and know my mother by name. Its not easy having a loved one in a memory care facility, but I have peace of mind knowing my mom is cared for and safe.

I live in the area and pass by this community almost everyday. I don't have any relatives that live there but I have 3 friends that have placed their loved ones in the community and they are always raving about the great service provided by The Landings. They have told me placing them their was the BEST decision. Great activities throughout the day with personal care needs done in a timely manner. If the time comes when my mom needs assisted living, she will be moving at The Landings.
