        Called Carl at 11 am and he told me that he could make it out to me by 4:00 pm. Told him my trouble I was having and he said that he would take a look at it and possibly fix the issue. Well time went by and when 3:45 hit, I sent a text asking what his eta would be because I’m a business man as well and I know first hand about delays. Well, good thing I already had another mechanic lined up for backup because Carl couldn’t even text or call back at all. Haven’t heard from him since that day. That’s bad business all around and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use this so called “business” because you’ll be left stuck on the side of the road all day and night waiting on this guy to show up. If 0 stars were an option, I’d give him that.
