Worst service ever. Went for a general filling and ended up with pain that lasted over a month. Went back and was told, they could redo the filling. Currently, filing a complaint.

Three years ago I went to Dr Dillion for cleaning etc. when I didn’t realize she started crown on my back tooth I didn’t realize she had started something new she kept having her assistant shooting me with numb medication while she continue to drill a hole in my tooth I didn’t realize til I left she didn’t show me what she was doing like she previously did When the numbness wore off I realize that all my left side teeth had been uprooted and crooked it was hideous I use to smile I no longer can because my bottom teeth are crooked and I no longer can put my teeth together Since this damage I had to have Dr Kael Rogers remove 2 bottom teeth as it was twisted against another tooth I have the X-ray s to prove all this including from a dentist I went to years ago before Dr Dillion s damages

I started with this dentist in 2015. It started off fine however as time progressed. The service started to degrade while try to encourage me strongly to buy veneers at the cost of 10 thousand dollars her assistant attempted to manipulate me into signing a financial agreement stating it was necessary for services. Additionally i grew concerned about the excessive teeth cleanings after i talked to my insurance provider i found out that teeth are cleaned in quadrants she was charging and the cleanings were pricey and more than 2 per year was excessive. To make matters worse I recently noticed on my credit report a claim for over one thousand dollars. That really concerns me because i had insurance and I NEVER received any "balance due" bills after service. I am so disappointed in her behavior. I do plan to talk to the Dental Association and anyone else who can help me resolve this matter.
