My daughter has been experiencing progressively worse health issues since moving into her home. Her physician after exhausting all other options suggested having the air quality tested for issues. Alex came out and did extensive testing and the resulting news was not good due to extremely high levels of mold contamination. He led us through the path to start repairs to the HVAC system and mold remediation. The work she contracted for was done in a timely and professional manner. Healthy Air USA was a blessing to a very sick young woman and her worried mother. I would recommend them very highly.

I had a very informative and helpful phone discussion with Alex which was better that any other "experts" I have talked with prior. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable, wanting to work on cleaning an environment in a systematic way. Not only did I learn much on removing mold from my house but on other environmental matters as well. If I didn't live in another state and lived closer, I would definitely use him to assess and remediate in a heartbeat. I've had experiences with other remediators and there are truly only a few who know what they are doing, as Alex, especially when it relates to health issues. Also, I was blown away that Alex would give his time to help me even when I am unable to have him come to my house due to distance. He is a winner!

After suspecting mold issues in our home, Alex's evaluation of our house and the information he gave us were invaluable. We knew with his extensive knowledge and experience we could trust his advice. And even more impressive was and has been his genuine concern for our situation. Alex took great time and care in explaining our home air quality issues and gave us a plan to move forward. And he has continued to be accessible to and advise us every step of the way. We could not recommend Alex and Healthy Air more highly. The world of mold analysis and remediation can be very confusing. Alex knows what we need to know so we can live in a safe, healthy environment.

I just wanted to brag on Alex Hallford who came to my house to test my air quality. He's extremely smart, nice, and helpful. I appreciate everything he told me about and the report he wrote. And I must give Jennifer Breese a big shout out too, because she is such a nice and helpful Client Coach! She is perfect for her job and this company is lucky to have both Alex and Jennifer. I was referred to Alex and Healthy Air by a health professional to discuss a potential mold and mycotoxins issue in a family home. Alex spoke with me for more than 30 minutes and provided a wealth of information. He gave me some inspection tasks and asked me to send photos. He also requested the ERMI report I mentioned and the Mycotoxin panel. From that he was able to come up with an accurate assessment of the house environmental situation even before a professional air quality/mold survey was done. I've done a lot of research and know Alex is a true expert and professional and I'll continue to work with Healthy Air for a remediation plan. BTW, I'm in Seattle.
