    Customer service is horrible! This is not the first time. This is the second time and the location is convenient to where I commute. Long story short the bank has about 8 people ALL except one was serving someone in his office. The others were sitting or standing doing NOTHING but talking or on the phone. I guess one lady(which I didnt care to hear what she was saying) was the manager. She didnt Introduced herself to me the customer she responded to her coworker looking in my direction we are booked for today. I looked around to see where were the people? Where was the line? Where was the crowd? There was nobody in drive thru. At this point its four customers inside. That includes me, the person I came in with and a lady and her son who walked in behind us(our mission was to open an account). The letter the bank sent out didnt tell us to make an appointment. To be told they are SHORT of staff and make an appointment was extremely ridiculous. Helpful example to Wells Fargo employees if you have a 4pm appointment and a customer comes in between 2-3:30pm and the bank is pretty much empty. Good customer service would be to provide that person/s with customer service. Dont turn them away and say your booked for the day. Last time a checked Banks make their money off of the customers. Especially when you have more staff than you do customers. Peoples time is valuable and the bank time doesnt accommodate the majority of working peoples schedule. Went to another Wells Fargo 6mins away(on jimmy carter Blvd)only to be told its no banker that she took off today. They had about 6 workers. A bank open with no banker is like going to the hospital with no doctors. The only good thing that came from this. Was that Suntrust opened an account with in 30min. Thanks Suntrust/Truist for providing excellent customer service.

    Horrible experience! A woman named Katherine is very unprofessional and should not be working there! I came to pick up my wallet that someone returned and she refused to give me back my wallet saying I have to go the dmv and get a new license just to show identification, when ALL of my identification is in my wallet . And laughed in my face as shes telling me this because SHE KNOWS it sounds ridiculous!
