What a horrible experience!! The service was not working and I was told to give it time for the pest and flies etc. to go away and it never improved. In order to cancel a service you are then required to pay a hefty fee to cancel a service that they "guarantee results." The worst part is the customer service is the worse of the worse. The way they spoke to me and my sister was deplorable. They hung up the phone on me multiple times, spoke over me and essentially took no accountability for the way they were talking to me. I have to mention that i spoke to multiple staff members who all took up for each others horrible attitude. They then cancelled the service without my approval and charged my account a large fee and then said it shouldn't be a problem because they reversed it?! it should never have been charged without my authorization. I will never do business with them again. and if you bother to look at the negative reviews you will see the attitude I am referring to in their responses.

Working with Arete has been wonderful! I reached out to them when I first moved into my home as a precautionary measure and they have been so on point every service for three years now. I have the quarterly service and have been very pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge and service. I have referred several family members who have ocd about bugs and they have also been very pleased with Arete. 5 stars for sure. Services: Spiders, Mosquitoes
