Agree with poor reviews. The prior owners were excellent. Honored warranties amd made thi gs right. Our 7yo set, warrantied for 20yrs needs some rotted parts replaced. Rude reception. Overpriced service and the catch, charge to even see whats wrong, without even applying the service call towards payment of job. We are about to spend 5k with a company that has better customer service/reviews

They do not stand by their products and very rude. We bought our playset 5-6 years ago, paid them a lot of money to move it 2 years ago and add upgrades, then it was shattered by a large branch and they charged us in full to replace it (which we paid ) and now one of the wooden rungs on the ladder is broken and they want $70 for a whole new ladder and $120 to come replace it . When we purchased, it said all pressure tested wood is 20 year warranty according to company why wouldnt the ladder wood be covered ?!! Do not buy from them!!!

This is our second playset from King of Swings. Our first set was given to us by a neighbor, originally built by king of swings, and we had them move it and add some extra parts to the free one we received. We sold our home and they were almost our first call! We visited the show room and the kids played on every piece of equipment they have. Installation was way faster then we expected, and the new set is used everyday! The best part is we all can swing. Adults and kids. Can't do that on one of the cheap store playsets!
