        I called ahead to schedule an appointment. I asked about prices, he told me $50-$75! The day of the service he charged me $150, twice as much as he Quoted me. I paid the money for the service, a few days later I noticed he put a totally WRONG ADDRESS. He said he would change it, he DIDN'T so the IRS mailed the check to the WRONG ADDRESS because he never did it. When I called him a 3rd time, he told me I MUST CALL THEM. I called and it took me over 2 months to get in touch with someone. I won’t get the money the middle of August. I’ve been doing taxes since 1985 and this is the first time this ever happened. Because of his negligence I had to waste time and effort to get a hold of them. Don’t know how long they have been doing taxes but they should give it up and stick to selling cheap items.
