Arbor-Nomics Tree Service

Mixed feedback... Arbor-Nomic's onsite work was great! The initial consultation went smoothly with Barry after he was recommended to me by a neighbor. On the day of the removal, Rigo and his crew very quickly and efficiently felled our dangerously leaning pine and cleaned up in a timely manner. They were awesome! In between the consultation and actual removal, communication with Megan in the office was a constant headache. She would take days to reply each step of the way (email or phone both) and also gave me false information about GA Power requirements for arranging a drop in service to temporarily remove our power cable for the day of the tree removal. During a long lapse in communication from the office I sought another quote on the removal that turned out to be significantly cheaper than Arbor-Nomic's. At that point I would have had to wait longer to schedule an appointment with the second company and decided I would pay the larger sum to Arbor-Nomics and just get the tree removal over with, if they showed up as planned. (The office never confirmed in advance with any certainty.) Three stars: although the job was done very well, I wouldn't employ them again and would recommend using a different service to others. Barry and his crew came highly recommended by neighbor (Ray). They worked all day and were able to remove a GIANT oak that was encroaching on our foundation. The price and value for this removal, especially given how close this big tree was to our house, was unbeatable and amazing. I'd highly recommend Barry and his crew, and in fact, we are having them come out again for some additional tree removal. Great job and thanks!

My second year now continued good support and communication. The yards in Georgia go through phases some seasons are better than others. Their staff is consistent on treatments and responds two questions and additional requests for treatment
