I cannot say enough about the staff. Every young person we encountered from the moment we walked in was respectful, had amazing attitudes, extremely helpful and articulate. Shazzi (I believe thats how to spell her name) was uh-mazing and all the young men in the race area. Thank you so much! In a day where its normal to encounter young people with nasty attitudes, it was so refreshing as a parent to encounter the opposite. Cant wait to come back

Place is over rated. Mixed drinks were $35 for two, I paid $120 for 3 kids and a toddler. No music playing, half of the illuminating lights were out, games were wack, smelled like musty onions. The place was dark, floors were nastyemployees were very unprofessional. Kids were running around everywhere. Would never go there again.

Don't have your party here! This place is totally unorganized and their protocols ruin the party vibe. It's one problem after another. ALMOST $600 on a party that I am COMPLETELY unhappy with. NEVER AGAIN!!

When we first arrived (first time ever going here), we "tried" to go bowling. We had switched lanes twice and still a no go due to mechanical issues. Later on I lost my phone in the foam pit because I clearly made a bad decision by keeping it on me. We also had an arcade machine freeze up on us with quite a few credits on it. Regardless.........WE HAD A DAMN BLAST!!! Thanks to their amazing and friendly staff, they fixed all of the bowling lanes, offered to let me file a report for my missing phone (which I never did because I was too busy having tons of fun), and gave us many many MAAANY arcade credits to make up for all of the other issues. This would not have been possible without the assistance of.............SERAPHIM and JEREMY!!!!!! Because of them, we have every intention of returning again. However, if those two are not running the place when we return, my next review might not be as good. Thank you Seraphim and Jeremy for making this an exceptional experience!!! I look forward to seeing you two on our next visit!
