On December 1 2020 I signed a contract & paid a deposit for 5 windows with agent Joseph Rodriguez on December 14 window work began (this is rental property) when I arrived no one had masks on and I addressed that to the workers paid the balance. After the worker left I began viewing there work and found that the casing on one of the windows was not mounted down properly to the roof (which could cause water damage in addition my security camera cord was cut and pushed behind one of the roofing shingles. I reached out to home office agent Jessica who sent a technician that fix the casing verified camera damage. Jessica said she would send a check for the camera damage. Since then I have reached out several times to Jessica and I have still not recovered the damage check and it is now February 2021 now no one answers or returns my calls ....Totally disappointing Service: Window installation

Marcos crew came out on time got busy and got all the windows knocked out in one day. They were very helpful throughout the whole experience. I could not be more pleased with the way this whole thing was handled. Thanks guys we appreciate your hard work. Job well done!

Winchoice USA Atlanta actually takes true pride in their work. For a company so large, they really give personalized attention to detail and make sure the individual customer is happy. The install of my windows was done in one day, faster than anticipated- Dan did a really great job. After the windows were in, I had a few questions and some things I wanted amended, which the project manager, Brandon, was extremely quick to respond to and remedy. The windows were installed very well, but I was not happy with some options in the product. In a world where large companies can easily overlook an individual, especially since the changes are cosmetic, it actually surprised me when the President of Winchoice USA reached out and promised to make sure I am 100% happy with everything. The next day, Dan returned to the house, remeasured, and made sure that everything would be redone and completed to make sure I am completely satisfied. Honestly, what could have easily been overlooked by Winchoice, they really went out of their way to reach out to me and make sure I’m happy, before I ever had to pay a dime. This speaks volumes regarding their integrity, pride in their company, and regard for their customers.
