Forman Errol DDS

I give my experience 5 stars for numerous reasons. The professionalism of Dr. Forman is unlike any Dr. or Dentist that I have visited in times past. He is very methodical, and does not speed through your time in the chair. He explains the what, where and how of what is going on during your visit so that you walk away a thoroughly informed patient. You simply cannot put a price on that. The assistant is all smiles, very communicative and helps make the overall experience run that much smoother. And the office manager Freya greets me with a warm smile, processes me in and out very timely and makes me feel as if I've known her my whole life ! This was an easy 5-star rating. Highly recommended !

Dr. Forman was thorough and attentive during my initial exam. I needed a deep cleaning, which I've heard before but never understood and didn't believe them, and Dr. Forman took the time to sit down with me and explained to me in an understandable way why I needed it. He made sure before I left his office that I was fully aware of my situation. Best dentist I've ever been to by far! high recommend him!

Dr. Forman has been our family dentist since 2009. He sincerely cares about the dental health of his patients. He and his staff are very friendly. The office is immaculate and the atmosphere is relaxing. We will continue to use Dr. Forman for all our dental needs.

Dr. Forman has been my dentist since 1999! He has always taken great care of my teeth and that is why I continue to drive the distance that I drive for his services. The new location is beautifully updated and very inviting. If you need a quality, caring, hard-working dentist, then this is the office for you.

Absolutely Fantastic! I wouldn't trust anyone else! The new office space is great and closer to where I live so I love that as well! I would HIGHLY recommend him!
