They act like you are an inconvenience to them. Sorry for asking for assistance in spending my hard earned cash, I refuse to ever spend another cent of my money here.

It's there for the basics if your in desperate need. Small supply of baby items. I'll stick to online shopping.

Today when I went in for nursery room and last minute new born baby essentials, I wasn’t expecting much. As I know with this location it’s not the best well stocked in the past but they always have it easy to order. Ruth one of the mangers truly help me out a lot today! I was able to use coupons that I didn’t know about, helped with getting me matched with everything on my registry to get the best deals and even took time to price match! Her associates were great as well helped locate last minute items at checkout, also helped me carry items to my car. All while someone tried to shoplift. She’s really turning this place around. The cops caught the people and she stayed helping me the whole time. She truly appreciates her honest customers! I had an issue with a coupon when I came home to make an online order and called the customer Service line they where telling me no, it’s a one time use coupon. That’s not what I was told and the coupon states it no were and says “good all day“ so while this man “Kurt” had me on hold I called babiesRus asked for Ruth luckily she was there and was able to help me out. Told Kurt never mind Ruth’s handling it. Ruth’s doing something right! Thank you!

While this store is standard when it comes to stock, it really lacks in customer service. The workers in the baby section who help us set up our registry and lay a way were very nice, beyond that it was horrible. We paid off our lay a way, was told it'd be there in 5-10 days, and they'd call when it arrived. After a week went by with no notification, I called the store (today) and first off, had to go through the automated systems 3 times before I got someone to pick up. Then to be told our stuff had been there since Monday (2 days after we paid it off, 4 days it had been siting there). When asked why we were never notified, the representative replied, she didn't know but it wasn't her responsibility. I politely asked could she make a note on our stuff saying we would be in tomorrow so they don't randomly send it back without notification because they didn't or could t notify us that it was there. All this while on bedrest and expecting a preemie in the next couple of weeks, smh.
