Very Satisfied Customer: Different kinds of cleaning services have different kinds of requirements. For a "move-out" clean, which is generally required to close out a residential lease, and often has to be coordinated around movers, the tenants vacating, and other service professionals, timing and scheduling can be critical. I called LaTeresa with only a 10-day window to coordinate, worried that delays for someone to come see the property for an estimate, and then possibly turn it down, might leave me scrambling to find someone else at the last minute. LaTeresa completely set my mind at ease by her willingness to accept the job sight unseen, and we quickly scheduled a time that worked for her and our timing. (And if she had to scramble to make it happen, she certainly never gave a clue, and was a complete professional all the way.) LaTeresa and her team worked hard, and did a great job on the clean - I have teenage boys (boys are gross!) and she made it look great again. I would highly recommend L.A. I cannot say enough about LaTeresa's quality of work and professionalism. I would need a whole page to share the level of cleanliness she and her team achieve in both a work capacity and in my own home when I broke my foot right before a major holiday. She is so thorough and provides excellent documentation when I have contracted with her in a work capacity. She photo documents issues as well as before and after photos. There is no question about what was or was not done. Honesty, hard working, attentiveness to detail, and dedication to helping others are just a few of the attributes that LaTeresa has built her business upon. L. A. Cleaning Services took good care of us. They took before and after photos, notes needed repairs. She even took a screwdriver and tightened up a loose ceiling fan. I called On a Saturday. They showed up Sunday and I was Able to start showing my rental property Monday morning. These people know clean! My husband was very impressed. And we are great tippers. So you know what happens next! $$$ worth every penny. I usually clean myself but I run a consultant firm. And she saved me so much time... time is Money. So I will be back.
