American Leak Detection of Savannah

After 3 different plumbers were unable to pinpoint the source of a water leak in/around my house over a period of several weeks, they (plumbers) suggested that I call American Leak Detection. In less than 2 hours, Ivan (from American Leak Detection) found the leak and exposed the leaky pipe. He then volunteered to put a temporary patch on the pipe to reduce the water loss until my plumbers could repair the problem. I highly recommend American Leak Detection! The technician was very professional and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and explained the process so we would understand the full extent of our re-pipe. They were very clear on their pricing structure and the cost of their initial visit to find the source of the leak. They gave me an appointment about 8 days out. They showed up on time, were thorough in their inspection, and at the end, while I didn't have a plumbing leak they could fix, they recommended courses of action to take to remediate based on their inspection, which revealed a gap in the base of a piece of clapboard far up the side of the house that we hadn't noticed before, and it was the reason the leak was only happening in wind-driven rain and not just heavy rain. Only wind could blow it up into that crevice. Ivan was the tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if a leak issue comes up.
