Innovative Irrigation Inc

We bought a house a year ago, and the previous owner had to install a new Timer for the sprinkler system. This was before we moved in but after the previous owner had moved out. When we got into our house we could not get the system to turn on. We called Innovative Irrigation Inc to show us how to use the system they installed. Never mentioned a service call fee and never thought there would be one since we were new and assumed they would show us how to work the system they put in. After they showed up, the employee told my wife to push one button and that was it, then charged her a $99 service fee. When I got home we pushed the one button and nothing happened. Didn't want to call them back and pay for another service fee. So we had to go online and wade through the bs to eventually figure out how to use the system. Horrible Customer service. Very short sighted as he lost a customer forever. He responded that we were told of the service fee up front and that is an outright lie. Never mentioned OR I WOULD HAVE DECLINED THE SERVICE CALL. You saw that it was a current address that you serviced and did not take the time to find out it was a new owner, WHICH I TOLD THE SCHEDULER. Again, a service fee to show us how to use what you installed, horrible customer service.

Called this company twice over a week ago and left detailed messages about service requested but received not so much as a returned call. If your company is too busy or over booked you should still return calls out of courtesy. As someone that has worked in the customer service industry for many years I would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service and not a company I would choose to work on my property for that reason. If I could give zero stars I would.

Innovative Irrigation installed and has been maintaining the sprinkler systems at both my main house and rental house.  Felippe, their new serviceman, is outstanding - courteous, on time, professional and friendly.  Thanks to service by individuals like Felippe I will continue to use Innovative services.

Innovative Irrigation installed our irrigation system as part of an overall landscape renovation.  They were the most dependable and efficient part of the entire project.  We have signed up for their yearly maintenance plan since then and they have been more than efficient in carrying out all of their promises and appointments.  We would highly recommend them.Jim & Karen Mathis
