**editing this review** Omar reached out to me and was very apologetic. He even made it a point to stop out at my house to apologize and amend the issue. As it turns out, he was completely unaware of the issues we were experiencing, because the guy we were working with never communicated anything, neither did the girls I spoke with on the phone. Thank you, Omar, for rectifying this situation for us, it is much appreciated. Hired rite way to remove some critters from our walls. They recommended traps, sealing up entry points, and a tree removal. We had the tree removal done by a company they contracted out, the tree service quoted us at $800, yet we were charged $1000. My husband spoke with regional manager Jeff and asked if we would get the difference for the tree refunded, to which Jeff said we would. That was about 4 months ago, and still no refund. My husband did a follow up call to check in on the status of the refund after not receiving anything, and was told the refund check was in the mail and if not received by the end of the week, to call the office, which I did because we never got it. My husband has called nearly every week for months to ask about it, and is always told he is checking on it, but never hears back. When I call the office, the girl I spoke with tells me there aren't even any notes about a refund, and no check was ever sent out, so we were blatantly lied to about the check being in the mail in the first place. The girl I spoke with tells me that they're busy and to be patient- it is not a paying customers fault that they take on more jobs than they can handle for starters, and I also think three months of waiting is more than patient on my part. Funnily enough, they weren't too busy to cash my check immediately. We had already had some issues with the crew not showing up to check traps on days they said they would, even though we altered our schedules to make sure we were home for them to get in our attic to check traps. Due to this inconvenience, we were told by a man named Omar that there would be some money refunded to us, but never heard a word about that either. I will say though, the crew who came out to check traps were very nice, so I didn't want to make a huge fuss out of it, and we like to think a professional company will keep their word. However, it is now going on 4 months later, and I am still short $200, and nobody at this company seems to care whatsoever. Stick to pest control if you must use them, do not let them contract out.

We had two orphaned bunnies in our backyard; they had not even opened their eyes yet. I was worried about their survival. Jeff came out the same day that we called and assured us that they would be taken care of. It was a great relief knowing that they were in good hands!
