        Warner Robins - Caliber Collision Terrible Customer Service, rude staff, unprofessional - including the manager Amber White. Theyve had our vehicle since 12-22 and back in for incomplete repairs and overspray all over it - since 02-13 and weve gotten one update from them which was after I spoke with the Regional Manager

        So satisfied with the end results. They made it to where as it looked like the accident never happened. Extremely extremely satisfying and happy with the results would recommend to anyone.

        Staff was very professional and friendly but I had to call and follow up on additional quotes I had requested. Communication could have been better. Rock chips and paint job was not great quality.

        Chris was great & always called to update me on repairs. The process was fast & my car looks like nothing ever happened. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. If i ever was in a spot where i needed repairs again, they are the only ones i would use. Thank you to all the crew at Caliber Collision for making my first ever claim go as smooth possible. You all rock!
