I'm missing the $20 for donating 5 times this month and cannot reach anyone via phone.

I think this a fair assessment considering, I have sat on hold so far for 35 min an counting just to speak to a nurse to see if I am cleared to donate. I understand that they can get busy but I had been trying to call since 7am and never got someone to come to the phone until 8. You would think someone could answer the question if I am cleared other than a nurse. I try to understand these times we are in but this is not very good customer service. Update: After45 min on hold I hung up called back to talk to a manager she said the guy that approved that stuff hasn't showed up, and he shows when he wants and they would call me when he approves it.

A complete waste of my time. My first appointment on a Monday at 230 and I received a call just before 1 saying they were closed for the day. My second appointment was a 20 mile trip one way just to go through the entire process and get turned away at the chair because she wasn’t sure my veins were big enough. I understand medical precautions but I’m not sure touching my arm with two fingers one can tell my veins are thin. I’ve donated blood, had blood work, never ever had a problem. This was a long process to to get booted out this far in and I’m not very happy about it. She said come back next week, I am not sure my veins will be any thicker then. I certainly will not be back and the referral I was planning to give will not happen either.

Phil is AWESOME!!!! I Love him! He’s so patient with everyone. He’s got such a Wonderful attitude and keeps me laughing. I highly recommend donating at Biolife in Centerville Ga. The whole staff is great . The Check In lady In the evenings is wonderful too. Jimmy is Great too!! 😊

It is a long process for first time donors so expect a few hours. It was a great experience and everyone of the staff members I dealt with was great. Jimmy was the tech who got me started once I was in the chair and he was awesome. Doing something to save someone else is rewarding enough but the money is always nice.
