Very unprofessional. Communication is poor if you can even get them to pick up the phone. One person says they’ll take the car, another says they won’t and then just hangs up. Awful, shameful business etiquette to say the least

I was gifted an interior detailing service. I called to schedule and appointment was told someone would call me back. They didn't return my call and further calls were not answered. I knew I was moving out of state and wouldn't be returning. On my final visit to town, I called a final time and left them a message stating that I had to use the gift certificate at this time and that if they didn't have time or couldn't do it to just issue a refund. They called back promptly stating I could bring it at a scheduled time on Saturday morning prior to the event I was in town for. They called me back on Friday to confirm and then had questions about timing and wanted pictures of my car interior b/c I told them it was pretty dirty I'd never had it detailed before and its a 2009 model. They said they couldn't do it and would be happy to send those photos to the person who paid for the certificate. I would be happy with whatever they could do. I even stated maybe they could do the headlights or something else but they seem like they just don't want to do anything at all to make good on the gift. In short, I would never buy anyone a gift from this place and the jury's out on whether I'd use them for their services. I invite them to go ahead and post my dirty car photos as they please. I have five children and I've been in medical school and grew a very successful marketing business in between. My car hasn't had my attention past the drive through car wash membership that I have. Quoted me a price then calls and tells me after having my vehicle for over three hours that he won’t do the job because I don’t have enough money to cover it lol very unprofessional picked up vehicle took it to another shop and price was higher but money was no issue with me just want a good job
