Kristen was a DREAM! I felt same and she explained to me everything to me in a way that I understood. However, their whoever is over their billing is awful. First, they gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to have some work done. Then when I returned and had it done they charged me 3x the original estimate. I paid a partial amount and told them I would wait for my insurance EOB and pay the rest of the bill. I got my EOB a few weeks later. My EOB said that I owed them less than half of what they were trying to charge. I waited for the bill from the dentist, which didn’t come for three months. When I finally received the bill from them it listed nothing about insurance adjustments and listed the full amount they had tried charging me in the office. I have called and left message after message because of this issue and I have yet to have anyone call me to fix it. When I finally got ahold of an answering service they informed me that the office is closed for repairs. The women told me she would email the office manager and have her call me, but that has yet to happen. So they can send out incorrect bills from their closed office, but not answer to correct their error. It is incredibly frustrating because Kristen is wonderful, but these repeated billing issues make me want to go elsewhere.
