Worst customer service I've ever experienced, we booked in advance & the products we needed didnt work and leaked. No apology, totally wasted half of our day as we came from out of town. We needed up booking with a family owned company for a lesser price. Sunbelt is a TOTAL waste of time and weve told our friends that use sunbelt in Warner Robins about our experience and they will not use them anymore either. Thanks for nothing sunbelt in Warner Robins!

I rented a floor sander and did not work like it should have. it didn't lay flat on the floor it looked as though it was not kept up on maintenance. The young men there were not very helpful or friendly. I will not rent there again they need to be closed down. Take better care maintenance on the things you want to rent out.
