We worked with Jarrett Elliott at the recommendation of our realtor and he was amazing! Available day and night, even on weekends. He was able to get our pre-approval letter within 24 hours and kept me updated on everything. He was friendly, professional, and answered all questions big or small. We did have to submit the same documents several times, but that was due to a computer malfunction which was understandable and easy enough to do. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because we had closing scheduled the day before Thanksgiving at 4pm. The appraisal came in a lot later than I was told and underwriting was finishing things at the last minute. We had to wait at the attorneys office form 45 minutes to get the final documents and finish closing. I appreciate them doing it so close to a holiday though and the process was seamless other than that hiccup.
