        I have been a customer at this Five Star Nissan for 10+ years. They use to be "Five Star" but not anymore. I was in today to get terminal ends and Air filter. They tried to charge me the same price I paid to have my timing belt replaced two weeks ago. I'm not a mechanic but I'm not stupid either. You can't make me believe that it's more labor to relplace battery terminals and an air filter than replacing a timing belt. Please make that make sense. Some of the service reps are pretty good but some will try to take advantage of you if you don't speak up.

        We recently purchased a vehicle with Five Star. Upon my arrival, there were several sale representatives sitting but none approached us. However, one particular sale representative Roberth Licona came and acknowledged my wife and I, was very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Roberth made sure that all is our questions were answered, made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Roberth to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

        And then when I am told oil change is 30 min to 45 min. It take 2 and half hours to get a oil change. It crazy to me!
