        Just moved to the area. I visited this location 3 times in 3 weeks and felt ignored and bothersome each time. Today I walked out and drove 15min out of my way to conduct my business elsewhere. No wonder this store was empty each time I went.

        Just like any other retail chain, these guys don't really 'shine' when it comes to customer service. It's not bad, but it's certainly not memorable. I go there 'when I'm there". In other words, I don't go out of my way. They too had issues with their online stuff. After ordering an item from them and it never arriving...I started calling them daily. After a week or so, I got the message that they didn't actually have any plans to ship. But that doesn't mean they are completely useless. I have purchased there more than one time, and will go back. But they aren't 'off the channi' kind of good... they are just 'average".
