I reached out via chat to Denise based on another review about TV repair. She responded so quickly! A TV I purchased suffered internal crack damage due to my sleep deprived toddler. I sent her a picture of the damage along with the model of the TV & she provided incredibly useful information about my best option with repairs & replacement. No beating around the bush or attempts to collect unnecessary money like other repair companies. I wish I could've utilized her for repairs, but I will definitely keep her in mind & ensure I recommend her to others that experience related issues. THANK YOU, DENISE!

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. Mrs. Denise is awesome reliable and definitely great at what she does. I couldnt retrieve my windows password and could no longer connect to the internet WiFi. She remained in contact throughout the entire process she even came to meet me to pick up the tower. She even face timed me to help me work out issues due to my own incompetence and didnt make me feel like a complete dunce. She is very professional and accommodating. And the price was awesome and much cheaper than the other local businesses. I recommend her services whether it be a pc, laptop or television!

Wanted to give a review for prompt response to our tv repair issue. Tv couldnt be repaired due to screen possibly being cracked. Denise assisted with questions and let us know the best possible route with damage. Didnt get to use their services for this repair but will use them for the future.
