        When you call to get a quote or schedule a ride, their customer service is so friendly that you can feel their smile through the phone. The rates were way more reasonable than I thought they would be, especially since you and the patient are the only riders. We had three different drivers and each driver was very respectful, friendly, and punctual. The driver devotes his attention to the patient, the patient's comfort, and safety. I highly recommend Caring Man In A Van because I know you won't be disappointed.

        This service wildly exceeded my expectations! Our driver in Macon, Doug, went above and beyond on every aspect of his job. Prompt, kind, courteous, and helpful (running out of adjectives). Stress totally relieved for an elderly patient, and caregiver (me). Thank you CMIV, and a thousand thank-you’s to Doug.

        Wonderful service! Truly all drivers are so caring for patient. From their arrival, thru transport, and return home. I trust them completely. My husband had a stroke. So transport is by wheel chair or gurney. Excellent care for patient as well as family members. Thank you so much.

      Caring Ride Medical Transport (formerly Caring Man in a Van) is Georgias most reliable, safe, and caring non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company. We provide ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher transport in our custom vans that are built to be low-riding and rear-ramp loading and offer a front-facing experience for our riders. We put our riders at the center of everything that we do treat every rider like our own grandparents and grandmothers.
