Sequels Boutique

I consigned with this boutique in August. I called twice about picking up my items and they said they were behind. They "got around" to pulling my items the end of December then only sent ONE email about picking up my items before donating 2 weeks later. The owner yelled at ME like it was my fault. DO NOT CONSIGN WITH THIS SHOP!! Update to my review: Miraculously my "donated" items showed up in the store. I was contacted by an employee about picking them up. The owner treated me with hostility and did not offer an apology for her behavior the day before. She also felt the need to include a copy of their policy stating items would be pulled in 90 days, and then you must pick them up in 7. IF my items had been pulled in 90 days, I would have picked them up promptly. They waited an additional 45 days to pull them and notified me during a holiday. Even more today I do not recommend consigning with this shop.

I absolutely LOVE Sequels Boutique! The environment is very clean and friendly, and all of the staff are extremely helpful. The owner, Jessica Smith, is a kind-hearted bubbly woman who always tries to go the extra mile for others. Even going as far as sending flowers and gift cards to customers that are going through hard times. As well as donating prom dresses to underprivileged girls who cannot afford to buy them. The clothing is all in fantastic condition and it is all wonderful brands. It is all priced reasonably, and fits every budget. They have over 2000 consignors that consign with them, so don't let one bad review ruin your ideas about this shop. :)
