        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.I Was literally threatened with assault & violence by a Menehune Water delivery driver today. I was a customer for 3 years this same driver freequently missed deliveries & then blamed me, I was still charged for bottles I did not receive. I literally quit this service bc this driver was belligerent. I called & Menehune management refused to fire him even though they literally told me 'That driver has had many complaints against him'. He is stll employed after threatening a customer with physical violence bc according to Menehune management, 'Its too hard to find CDL lisence drivers'. This is the second time in 6 months this same driver has threatened me with physical violence. I have been told by my building maintenance the same driver causes problems in the lobby here at Century Square. I filed a police report #24-092823 & will file a restraining order against this driver. Shame on Menehune for knowingly employing a known belligerent & violent Delivery driver, even after 'Many Complaints' were filed against him!!!!

        My water dispenser has been broken for months, Ive called and left multiple voicemails and no one ever calls back. I even told the delivery driver, he assured me that he would have someone reach out. One month later still no response. Atrocious customer service!
