Dropped in on them a couple times back in 2019/2020. Great atmosphere, lots of people of all ages, and not overly expensive. Whether you're looking for people to spar with, or just to condition yourself and stay fit, this is the place. Plus, tons of fun!

Best gym to learn the science of boxing and to push yourself. All different skill levels from national champions to people who’ve just started Great coaches, great atmosphere, great people who train along side with you ,overall….great place!

This facility is the singular superior boxing institution on the whole island of Oahu... nah, thee entire UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I came to this gym with only a fundamental understanding of boxing and in only three short months I have experienced exponential growth and am now much more confident in my abilities. Not only does this place obviously train national champions, but it also feels like family and every single attendee empowers one another. The equipment is nice and well maintained - especially the new floors!

Dropped by yesterday for their Intro class... If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. NO ONE was wearing a mask or any sort of safety precautions in place. It’s an enclosed space... I was there, ready to go... It’s absurd. No one practiced social distancing or any safety precautions. How is this gym open? And it’s supposed to be “the best”? No thank you... But I am not putting myself or anyone else for that matter at risk during this pandemic!
