This is the amazing company you want to hire for concrete/waterproofing problems!!!!! My boyfriend had a leak in his basement for years. One side of the basement didn't have any dry wall because of it. He changed all his windows, waterproofed his stucco wall, caulked the "belly board," had his "flashing" & roof checked over the years and nothing worked. Some of the multiple leaks stopped but there was always water damage after a big rain storm. After while he gave up on ever fixing the problem.Then Engineering consultant Horst Brandes came over and pointed out a few areas that could be causing the leak and recommended we call Central Pacific. My boyfriend was hesitant to call because of all the disappointment he's experienced over the years. But I encouraged him to try. Willie came over for a site inspection & was confident they could solve our problems. He sent over a proposal and then scheduled his crew to start work the following week. Willie met his crew on day 1 to review the work that had to be done. Mike & Danny were very friendly, polite and professional. They updated us on what they were planning to do each morning & walked thru what they accomplished at the end of the day. At the end of each day, they left the basement clean and tidy.  On day 2, like detectives, Mike & Danny found the source of the leak that no one else was able to find all these years! (Faulty construction left a gap in the floor where the foundation & stucco wall met & window installers created a crack in the stucco wall.) 3 days later everything was repaired so beautifully. After the repairs, Mike conducted several long water tests to ensure there were no leaks. And Willie will  schedule a final inspection of their work next week.My boyfriend still can't believe that the leak that was there for so long is finally gone.  Central Pacific & Mike & Danny are miracle workers. And we look forward to finally putting up some dry wall. =)

We had Kool Deck installed around our pool 15+ years ago and there were cracks and bubbling in it which had to be repaired twice. This time Central Pacific did the work and did a beautiful job. Not only were they clean, thoughtful and prepped everything properly, they re-painted the entire deck and got the job done in a timely manner.  It looks great and we think this time it will last a long, long time.

When our church needed spall repairs, CPSC was on a short list of good contractors I received from an architect familiar with their work.  Scott, the CPSC estimator, responded promptly to my request for an estimate.  He did a complete survey of the facilities and pointed out several problems I was unaware of and that other contractors failed to recognize on their walkthrus.  Their proposal was offered in a timely manner and my many questions were answered, though not always promptly.  We selected them over several other proposals; they started when scheduled and completed the work within the projected timeframe.  Brian was the on-site contact and he was very pleasant to work with.  They did quality work at a very reasonable cost.  The work was completed a month ago and I'm still waiting for a final invoice; there was a question about the billing of some add-on work, which I hope will be resolved satisfactorily.  All told, I'd highly recommend CPSC to others for concrete work.

Our condo association contracted with this company to  our pool deck and tile our pool. The workers did good, deck looks nice, until the pool was filled with water. Now you can see that they didn't  even level the perimeter of the pool. It's  3 inches off in 12 feet. Of course the tile is not level as well so it really magnifies the out of level. one side you see almost a full tile the other side no tile. It's unbelievable a contractor would tell his guys to do that, it looks like someone who doesn't  know water is level did it or someone who just didn't  care. Don't  hire this company unless you hire a superintendent to check everything. I gave 1 star because the workers were good, all they did was what they were told. No tile man wants to set tile out of level. We paid alot of money and this ruins the whole job. I say it needs to be fixed. Come by and see 250 Ohua ave. in waikiki . Fix this pool and I will recind my review. I am going to ask all the other owners to submit a review  as well.
