From a visitor point of view, I like it. The buildings are set up so residents can see the visitors coming in, which (I believe) adds a bit of security. It's clean, pet friendly. There is no accurate listing online for manager phone number and they should fix the wrong number that's listed. Nicer than comparable housing in that area.

1993-1997, stayed here three times. Just the best management and Aloha spirit.

It was an ok place. It looks like slot of the residents there are friends. There was this graduation party going on that took up the walk way and sidewalk. There's hardly any parking on the street. They have a nice swimming pool for the residents. It's an animal friendly building. Looks like the residents and manager take pride of their ground with their bar b que grill and garden area surrounding it.
