My daughter attended the School Skills sessions for the past couple of months, and it has made such an incredible impact on her confidence! Gymboree was her first exposure to a classroom setting and she doesn't have the opportunity to be around a lot of kids her age. Her free trial session started off a little rocky; although she was very nervous and shy and didn't want to let me go, Ms. Erica was so kind and patient and even allowed me, as a parent, to join the class for a few minutes to ease her in. When my child seemed comfortable enough, we slinked away, and Ms. Erica sent us an update video showing my daughter running around and having so much fun. Over the last few months, she was able to be exposed to other kids, simulate a learning and school environment where she has to follow instructions, and learned how to play well with others. Now that she is in preschool, I can say that her exposure and experience at Gymboree has made her transition so much easier for her!

We used to take our kids here before we moved to Florida. Ms. Erica was always nice to us and great with the kids. Unfortunately, Ms. Erica is also very unprofessional and inserted herself into a family court situation which she had no business in and no personal knowledge of. This is 100% unprofessional and unacceptable. My ex absconded with our children without my knowledge or consent from Florida to Hawaii. After 4 days of hearings in Hawaii family court, the court found my exs actions to be unjustifiable, awarded me temporary sole legal and physical custody of the children, and ordered their return to Florida. My ex then violated Hawaii court orders and refused to return the children to me. Shockingly, Ms. Erica actually wrote a hearsay letter in support of my ex to the Hawaii court. Im sure that Ms. Erica had good intentions, but she wrote a letter in support of someone who did terrible things and who was punished by the court for doing so. Ms. Erica did this with having only heard one side of the story, which Im sure was not at all accurate. She didnt even bother to pick up the phone to call me to see if what she was told was true or to get the other side of the story before taking this action. This is the problem with inserting yourself into others peoples business when you have no real personal knowledge of the situation. Ms. Erica, it's best to stay out of other people's business, or at least get the whole story before you do get in it.

We just recently did our free trial class on July 1st with Ms. Erica and she was nice! Parking is great as well! This was my sons first time going to a class setting type of outing. He is pretty shy and isn't quite used to loud external noises so I was a bit nervous going into class. Especially because we also travel from Kailua to Pearl ridge...we wanted to make sure it was worth it before signing up.He did amazing and played so well. The runners class specifically teaches loud and quiet noises which is why I was interested in it. The first day he did not like the change in loud and sof noise, but we are on class #4 and hes made such a huge difference and even participated in it a bit. We had our runners class today with Telani and she is soooo very sweet. She makes the effort to interact with each child and even with a mask on, you can see/feel her happy, fun, and great attitude. Im so happy to have signed up for Gymboree play and music and we haven't regretted it one bit. As far as the pricing goes, it does seem a bit expensive a month BUT I work FT from home and also am a stay at home mama, so we desperately needed a fun place to play at to help break up the week. So, to us its definitely worth it! He can only go to the same parks until he gets tired of it, but here he can get educational play time as well as being able to interact with children his age.If you're on the fence with it, TRY THE TRIAL CLASS and you will fall in love. I know I did
