        Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable PTs and a very accommodating reception/appointment desk make for an overall pleasant and productive experience every time I go there. Noticeable progress in a relatively short time frame. It's not easy and it's sometimes painful, but if you want to get better, StayFIT will give you the tools to make it happen!

        I'm always glad when my doctor refers me to StayFit. They're the best. I've had 3 therapists (Taylor, Thaunt? and sorry, I forgot ) and ALL were excellent and incredibly knowledgable. I like knowing why I'm doing exercises and what how it pertains to my body's recovery and the therapists are very thorough in their explanations so I feel safe and well guided. I love StayFit uses different therapies from exercises to cupping, massage and rolfing? to move my muscles around and increase bloodflow. I love this so much more than someone just giving me a paper of exercises to do. While it's up to you to do the recommended exercises at home, the in-office visits and therapies always feel insightful and absolutely helpful. The hands-on techniques are never invasive but make you more body aware. Thanks Stayfit! zz
