My advice to anyone looking for a source for flooring selection and installation would be to check out all the familiar places and get your estimates. Make Bougainville Flooring Super Store your last stop and work with Carrie L to get an estimate for the same. Im sure youll be glad you did. Bougainville has much of the same offerings as other flooring stores but their pricing for materials and installation is hard to beat. Ive worked with Carrie on a couple of my projects and have been very happy with the interaction throughout the process. Shell diligently work with you to ensure your selections suit your needs and your budget.

Carrie is the best!!! As a customer who works for a construction company her expertise and knowledge about flooring and tiles is so helpful in the renovation process.
I put their flooring in our house and love the feel.

This review is for the bad quality of their flooring, and terrible customer service of their sales team. Dont be fooled by this stores selection and other reviews. Quality is the most important thing.
I purchased vinyl flooring here because this store has a great amount of selection.
However, it started to chip and scratch in many places after 6 months. I told the sales person multiple times with picture proof - she didnt seem to care, and was non responsive after months of follow up. She even admitted that many customers complained about that flooring, but there is nothing she can or wants to do.

Update. The sales people here are sleazy and do not honor prices. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. Check out American Floor and Home for nice people to work with.
