We've worked with Pacific Junk on numerous projects and properties and they have always given the BEST service! They are quick with responses, estimates, and clear out! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs junk removal services!

Initial response was quick and got scheduled for an estimate right away. However, when it came to the day of the estimate, nobody called nor came. I had to call the company to find out what was happening because I'm stuck waiting for almost 2 hours, and ultimately, their excuse was they don't do estimates on a weekend!? Then how was I able to schedule it with the company on a weekend in the first place??? Completely appalled. I gave it one more star because at least their initial communication was good but if customers don't get what they are expecting to get, that's a big loss for the company.

Mark gave me a quote on the phone, scheduled the pick up. Noel and Alfred were terrific. They came on time and were very courteous and professional. Removed a thread mill and massage chair with alot of technic and finesse. Support a good local company!

Second time I've used this company - no complaints.   The crew was very diligent and fast.   Made sure they got everything and didn't leave without making sure that all our junk removal needs were fulfilled.   Definitely, recommend this company.   Their response time was good, prices are decent, and the these guys are hard workers.   Thank you !!  Will use you folks again.

I was referred by a buddy of mine who is a resident manager down the street.  Thanks so much to Alfred and Byron for your help this past week.  Removing those items were key to getting my place cleaned and my floors eventually getting stripped and waxed.  The process was pleasant and professional from beginning to end.
