Used her service for my K1 visa, my then fianc now husband though we could get the documents right the 1st go with an attorneys professional help. We only met Carmen in person 1time - the 1st meeting to sign contracts for her services; and I had a virtual meeting with her days before the visa interview. Her only suggestions to me was - dye your blond highlights to black (my natural hair color). 95% of the time we contact the legal assistant,Liao, who was assigned to us as she also speaks Mandarin Chinese. But she is just TERRIBLE. Not only she was not able to edit my Chinese Name onto the forms, because she use simplified Chinese and I use Traditional; she left our paperwork on her desk from November to April (yes, 6 months). The whole time we wait patiently, thinking the it has been submitted to the USCIS. In April, I asked for a copy of the NOA. Liao replied - what is a NOA? Then we find out there is zero progress on our case cuz she simply forgot to submit our files. Liao has since left the Attorneys office, and the help we got from the other Legal Assistances after she left were very efficient and responsive. I dont have much to say about Carmen, since we only really met twice and her suggestion to me was not really visa related. If you decided to use her, make sure to speak up and ask for different legal assistant when you find the the one assigned was not competent enough. So you would not waste 6 months like we did.

Atty. Carmen and her team are the best Lawyers in Hawaii. Its cheaper and its 100 percent sure. I can also recommend this company to my fellow filipinos who are having immigration problems. Im 100 percent sure, u will not regret it. God bless everyone.
