Take your business elsewhere. These people have no concept of “Time” or “Urgency.” Extremely unprofessional and don’t do their homework. Specifically, when do come out to do a service call they don’t gather all the information they need. You’ll have a flooded house before it gets fixed or deal with having no water at all.

We had an awesome and amazing (local) service provider named Charlie. He took the time to go through and explain the repair he made to our system. He explained to us what went wrong with our system, what we should watch for in case we need our system looked at again and he left us feeling well informed. Quick quality same day service with a touch of ALOHA!

One star only. Had an appointment for maintenance and service but the tech was a no show. Called the company back a few days later and was told that the tech ran out of time and she would call back with a new appointment. She never did even when it would have been appreciated and save me another follow up call. No one eventually got back. I emailed the company via their site and no response. I finally left a voice mail to give me a call back. No one did. I'm still without solar and am looking for another company just a little more responsive.

Peter, Sid, and Sookhee made a great team and helped us replace our water heater the very next day after our old one stopped working. Their expertise, attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism were excellent!

Very happy with service. Discovered the Water heater started leaking. Called the office in the afternoon. Charlie was at my house @ 930 the next morning with a new heater ready to be installed. Fair price, quick and professional installation. Will definitely call again if I need service for my system.
