Oahu Mold Testing & Removal

I manage a few multi-family units on Oahu and a few of them had mold issues. Mold is one of those things where you want to take care of it right away so it doesn't spread and so you don't get in trouble. Oahu Mold Testing & Removal sent out Ron and Milo to do the initial mold inspection and testing and investigation. It's always important to find the source of the moisture issues. I just want to say that Milo's and his team did a really good job of removing the mold and educating me on how to prevent mold from forming in the first place. Basically, mold is everywhere, we can't help it, but we can prevent the mold from thriving. Very professional and safe and careful. This is a good company.

One of our tenants discovered mold in the attic of one of our homes. We had the mold tested and it tested positive for black mold so we had to get it professionally removed ASAP. They handled the entire process from start to finish. Very professional and helpful to understand exactly what was going on. We now have an attic fan to keep air circulating and not to accumulate moisture which is how we got the mold in the first place. I feel confident that the mold is all gone and the house is safe to live in again.

I contacted Oahu Mold Testing and Removal because the area under our sinks was smelling musky and moldy and I wanted to have an inspection on what to do and get rid of it. The technician came out and was professional. Turns out some pipes were leaking and allowing the mold to grow on the wood and inside our house. He said this is a one of their most common issues they find in homes here on Oahu. It was kind of bad though. He knew where and how to test and he showed me the mold and water damage. We ended up having to replace our old bathroom vanity and a bunch of the wall to do it the right way. They did their mold removal process and actually it turned out great because everything is new and our home doesn't smell like moldy anymore. Their work was fast and their price was good. I got some other quotes but Oahu Mold's price was the best for the full mold remediation and fixing everything. I would recommend them as they are professional and can complete the entire process for a good price.
