This is the second time I have used this company, and I will continue to do so in the future. Eric is knowledgable, professional and talks through options to reach the best workable decision. The work he has done will certainly save us money and heartache in the future. Lastly, I appreciated how he kept in touch regarding when he would arrive for the job because I work full time and needed prompt arrival to make my schedule fit.

Eric was here first thing in the morning, discovered the problem within seconds, and fixed it immediately AND without charge!!! He was super curtious and had no intentions of trying to scam me, what a pleasure and suprise! 5 stars!!!

I wish I could give Eric six stars out of five! He was awesome. He responded promptly and gathered the pertinent information ahead of time to make sure he could complete the job. He came over right away and promptly repaired my difficult situation. The repair looks better than the plumbing before it broke! Our Christmas was on the way to being ruined but he got us up and running.Eric's fee was completely fair and certainly beat the other quotes I received. When he was done, he did not rush out but instead followed up to see if we had any other issues. In these times where it is hard to get anybody to work, Eric from Hawaii Island Drain and Maintenance came through for us and exceeded all expectations

I've been trying to get a Plummer to come over for about a month and none of the plumbers I called several times each even had the courtesy to return my calls.  Yelp put me in touch with Eric of Hawaii Island Drain and Maintenance yesterday afternoon and he came out this morning and did a fantastic job!  He was on time, personable and totally professional!!!  ***** rating.  If you need a plumber or drain specialist, call Eric.  He's the best on the island!!!
