        I purchased both a fireplace and a house-wide dehumidifer system from Hawaii Fireplaces. I found the team to be warm, personable and their onsite technicians are excellent about checking in and answering questions. Helpful. Products are good too. Overall this has been a very good experience.

        We had a leak between the our old chimney and the roof. It took a while to get the someone out to quote the repair (at least one company came out and never quoted). When Chris and crew did come out, they went up on the roof to assess. Chris told us he could fix it then and there, which he did for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service.
