I inherited two properties on Hawaii Island. I first spoke with Miranda who was very helpful in walking me through the process of selling. Then Keith called. I live on Oahu, Hawaii. Real Estate is extremely costly here to say the least. My wife and I owned a townhouse and were just a few years into paying the mortgage and HOA fees, and some unforeseen circumstances occurred that caused us to fall behind. So far behind that we ended up on the verge of foreclosure. It was like hell on earth, major stress, attorneys for the mortgage company hounding me, attorneys for the HOA hounding me, it was a very dark period of my life. I’ve never been through this so I was going insane. I didn’t know what to do. I sold everything I had and borrowed money from everyone I could to try and catch up, but finally we realized that we were not going to be able to save the house. We had our long time RA try to sell the house, even without any profit, just to pay the bank back and avoid foreclosure. She tried for months but couldn’t. We then had an outside RA try, who possibly had more clientele than our RA, he couldn’t do it. The court hearing for our foreclosure was near, we had ultimately run out of time. At that point, we had accepted the fact that we would be issued the foreclosure, lose our house, and our credit would be ruined for many years to come. Then, I came across the ad for Crowne Properties. I thought, we tried everything else, have nothing to lose, so I called them and spoke with Brent Lankford, who asked me to meet him at the property. When I arrived, Brent had brought someone he wanted me to meet. It was my SAVIOR! My HERO! My GUARDIAN ANGEL! KEITH GILLESPIE!!!!! I have to say, Keith is the type of person that you only have the honor and pleasure of meeting but once in a lifetime. He is tactful, eloquent, intelligent, professional, and (what you don’t see anymore) he’s a true, old school hustler. I’m old school, and if your old school you know what I’m talking about. Of course, I was skeptical because I didn’t think it was possible after having 2 different RA’s try and fail. But just seeing how much of a hustler he was, I thought if anyone could do it, he could. Let me tell you, even if he couldn’t do it, I was blown away by his professionalism and hard work through out the process. And challenges you couldn’t imagine, remember now, all this was happening when COVID-19 started, so it was a very unpredictable and strange period. It wasn’t easy at all. Keith’s entire team was involved and hustling to get it done. Few weeks before the final court hearing where the judge was to declare foreclosure, he got an offer. It was like the clouds parted, sun shined upon me, and a HUGE burden was taken away forever. We actually closed the same week of the hearing. You have no idea how good it felt to be able to tell the judge that we sold the house! The judge looked at the attorney for the bank and embarrassed him in front of everyone! Then ordered the foreclosure to be removed. I couldn’t believe it. All my stress and grief instantly disappeared. We couldn’t have done it without KEITH GILLESPIE! I truly believe that Keith was sent by GOD, to me, to SAVE ME! I owe him EVERYTHING! Words cannot describe what I mean. I will FOREVER BE INDEBTED TO THIS MAN FOR SAVING ME! I am telling EVERYONE!! KEITH GILLESPIE CAN GET IT DONE! I bet my life on it. I don’t know about the other agencies but I stand wholeheartedly behind Keith and Crowne Properties! I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE IT. GOD BLESS KEITH GILLESPIE AND HIS FAMILY AND HIS CREW AND CROWNE PROPERTIES!!!!
