My car was so gross after people borrowing it for a month . When I got it back it was sparkling and smelled so nice . Highly recommend. Bobby is super nice and helpful:)

My truck was spotless! I left Bobby a truck covered in mud and full of sand and dog hair after camping all weekend...he returned it to me looking better than it has in years! Bobby is great to work with and definitely knows his craft. I have been looking for someone like this on Kauai for my cars for a long time. Stoked I found him! I will be going back to him regularly for both my cars and highly recommend him. Mahalo, Bobby!

This is my first online review; but I am done accepting inferior service and not saying anything. Sorry Bobby. You just happen to be the straw that broke the camel's back. As I write this; my husband is outside detailing our car. I am giving this a one star review (rather than a "0") only because I was able to at least SCHEDULE a mobile detailing appointment with A Plus Auto Detail Kauai for this morning at 9:30. During our conversation I gave Bobby our address and directions to our CPR and let him know that if he had difficulty locating us to call and we would guide him. At 10:00 no Bobby yet. Sent him an email which came back with a weird error message so left a voice mail on his phone. We saw him drive by so hubby went to the end of the driveway to flag him down but he never came back by. At 10:30 we called again and he answered and seemed very irritated. We felt like he was blaming us for his inability to find our house. I know it must have been frustrating for him ; but to take it out on us when he didn't even attempt to call seems unfair. He would not honor our mobile appointment but said we could bring him out car and he would shuttle us back and forth to and from our house. REALLY?? Perhaps you could shuttle yourself and your mobile van on over to our house and complete your committment. It honestly didn't feel like he was that interested in our business. My advice to potential mobile customers: Make sure your location can be found. You might want to go to his location and lead him back to yours. Also; have 2 types of reliable communication in case he gets lost. My advice to Bobby: You might want to check your attitude and review your committment to customer service. Be better. We are very disappointed, as we were so excited to experience our 1st car detailing and potential maintenance planning for future services. Maybe our expectations were too high. It's a sad situation for us; undoubtedly a sad situation for A Plus Auto Detailing and an unfortunate introduction to the "world" of professional car detailing.
