View was great! We enjoyed staying here, centrally located and very quiet. Appreciated the washer/dryer unit, blow dryer, beach chairs, cooler, and all the kitchen amenities. The books with info of the island were also a perfect addition to our quaint little space. We went fishing one day and we were able to prepare our meal right here. The only thing I would say is that during the summer months it might be nice to have AC but for us staying in October it was very pleasant. We stayed In unit 107. Pictures are views from the lanai

We have had such amazing experiences and excellent customer service with Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals. Cindy is so helpful, professional and friendly, its like having a local friend on island. We have been so impressed with each rental. We have used PKVR several times now and referred friends to fantastic beachfront rentals, easy booking and prompt (immediate) response to needs. We love Kauai and are so grateful to have found a solid, trust-worthy property rental company with a nice range of lovely condos and a stellar staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the Wailua Beach from the lanai! Accommodations were perfect for our 5 day stay. We appreciated the welcome book, with helpful information about the area and things to know & try. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay in this dream location!
